The Inspiration Behind The Today’s Special Value
After much anticipation, our 10thAnniversary Today’s Special Value is finally here!!! We are thrilled to present to you our FIRST EVER stretch woven blouse TSV! All month long we have been celebrating 10 years at QVC by paying homage to what LOGO has always been about; style, color and prints, and those pieces in our closets that make us instantly chic. Well, this blouse is the culmination of all those things.
When you take a look at Lori’s styling work, it’s abundantly clear that her calling card was her dynamic and unexpected use of colors and prints. With every LOGO collection she creates, she calls upon this special craft to bring you new ideas on how to have fun with patterns and hues. So, when it came time to select these prints, we drew some inspiration from our very own styling archives. This blouse, offered in four different prints and in solid black, is a stylist’s dream; it is simple but never boring, and chic on its own but longs to be layered up!
Plum Watercolor
We absolutely love this 12-color print. Designed in a dynamic yet wearable mix of purples and blues, this print adds the right pop of color to any and all of your outfits. As you can see in Lori’s collaboration with Vogue Italia, Nine West and more, purple evokes elegance and class, yet always a playful treat for the eyes!
Mosaic Crimson
A classic yet bold statement on its own, we love the color red here at LOGO! Red is a “must” for all of your wardrobes and we love the 10-color mosaic print layered with a lace trimmed Layers tank and our beloved Layers leggings. Of course Ella gets it, as seen below in the iconic American Express ad.
Green Stencil
The green stencil embodies understated chic! Florals; never met one we didn’t love! But the print we have chosen here is the most unique and gorgeous floral we have seen as of late. So without further ado, we’re pleased to present a subtle, sophisticated floral print to you! This one, with its interesting shadow work, linear design, and pops of light blue is totally fresh and different. Campaigns with Banana Republic (2001) and Burberry (1997) emphasize how such a simple color like evergreen can look so elegant. And let us not forget the iconic Versace dress that might just be the summer sister to our evergreen stencil TSV!
Neutral Leopard
Lori is a forever fan of leopard print, so including this iconic print was never nota option! Leopard is as classic as they come, so we call upon it as often as we do your standard-issue black. It is powerful, versatile and always packs a punch! This version of leopard, is slightly scaled down for a sophisticated and chic twist.
Black
Last but not least, BLACK! It’s the most needed, beloved, and respected color in every woman’s closet. It’s the color that plays well with others and of course never lets us down. We know how easy black pairs with anything, and we love this black blouse styled with a LOGO dress and leggings. Don’t forget, the full button down front means that this can also be worn as a topper… OH, the styling possibilities!
Knowing that this was our first ever stretch woven blouse TSV, we took all measures necessary to elevate this classic shape into an extraordinarily feminized silhouette, in prints you will admire for years to come.
